$140.6M in BTC are moved from Crypto exchange meanwhile a whale transfers $6.3M in XRP

An amount of $140.6M in Bitcoin (BTC) has been moved from a crypto exchange meanwhile a crypto whale transfers an amount of $6,320,422 in XRP.

An unknown crypto whale has transferred 16,001 Bitcoin (BTC) worth $140,600,000 ($140.6M) from the OKEx crypto exchange to an unknown wallet. This transaction has occurred within a 12-hour span.

Six OKEx large transfers

The amount of $140.6 million in bitcoin was moved in six large transfers from crypto exchange OKEx. The following is the list of transfers that have been made from OKEx to an unknown wallet.

Some believe that this anonymous crypto whale is OKEx exchange itself and this transaction is made by OKEx. This transfer followed a similar transfer that was made with Bitfinex exchange. A transaction of 123,447 Bitcoin worth $1.1 billion occurred between its two wallets.

$6.3M in XRP moved from Bithumb

Whale Alert reports that a crypto whale has moved 27,000,000 XRP worth $6.3 million from Bithumb crypto exchange to an unknown wallet.

Whale Alert activity has been very limited for the world’s second and third-ranked crypto assets Ethereum (ETH) and Ripple (XRP) in the past week. But this week, the whale activity has picked up the pace. This week is going to close as a big week in the crypto markets as two huge transactions have been made from two big crypto exchanges OKEx and Bithumb.
