The football club named Galatasaray is the first club in Turkey that has made partnership with blockchain-based platform Socios empowered through Chiliz token network.

This initiative on the part of Turkish Soccer club will increase the engagement between the fans and their favorite football players through cryptocurrency.
The fans of the club will be able to participate in the polls and cooperate in deciding the important matters including game activities, stadium experiences, product designs, social media content and other stuff. The influence of the vote depends upon the amount of cryptocurrency held by fans. They also promised that club’s fans in the future will also be able to access the games, leaderboards and merchandise.

Fan Token Offering
The official token offering of Galatasaray called Fan Token Offering (FTO) will launch in the first quarter of 2020 on Socios platform. The cryptocurrency will be purchased through Chiliz (CHZ), the native token of Socios.com or through fiat currency.
