The UK-based venture capital Outlier Ventures collaborates with Aptos to launch a Web3 accelerator project. The proposed accelerator program will run for 12 weeks to equip participants with Web3 skills crucial for building their projects on the Aptos blockchain.
A press release dated February 21 disclosed that the accelerator program will kick off in May at the Palo Alto head office in California.
Outlier Ventures Partnership with Aptos
Outlier Ventures have offered support to Web3 startups by launching an interactive session for developers across the globe. The Outlier accelerator program enables the participants to build their social networks and improve their Web3 knowledge. The venture capital company has incubated over 187 Web3 companies since 2019.
The positive economic impact of the accelerator program has inspired crypto firms to participate in the Web3 training.
Undeniably, crypto firms, including Filecoin, Basecamp, and Polygon, have joined efforts to support Outlier’s Web3 accelerator projects. The 2023 Aptos partnership with Outlier will be labeled “The Aptos x Outlier Accelerator Program.”
A statement issued by Outlier’s chief executive Jamie Burke revealed that the venture capital closed a business deal with Polygon and fashion company FarFetch to raise funds for its accelerator project.
Review of Aptos’ Past Achievement
The Layer 1 blockchain company Aptos has prioritized improving the crypto and blockchain technologies to assist businesses in building positive customer relations. In 2022 the tech company released its mainnet, which has generated more than $350 million.
Based on the February 21 report, the accelerator program has integrated training on product development and community engagement projects.
The quest to assist retail investors in coping with market changes challenged the Aptos team to seek partnerships with other digital platforms. Recently, Aptos collaborated with the Indian-based social media platform Chingari to develop an equity investment system.
As per the Outlier report, the accelerator program will support new Web3 startups with $100000 from its funding unit. Currently, the application portal for the accelerator program is open and the tech firms have encouraged Web3 and tech enthusiasts to apply.
Furthermore, since the resurfacing of the bears in the crypto world tech firms are investing more in accelerator programs to protect investors and consumers amid a hurt market.
A few days ago, the blockchain developers company Tatum launched an accelerator program to equip Web3 investors with crypto knowledge.
