This is great but I think they can add up more options in the future. I personally like to see a boutique account added which will suit my needs perfectly.
The next thing I want to talk about is their trading conditions. The minimum deposit at BigBitMarket is 250 USD which is great for those who are just starting out. This will give them a chance to see how the market works before they put in more money. I also like how they offer flexible leverage options that can go up to 1:500. They have a good variety of assets that they can trade on which is great for their traders. I also think it is pretty neat how they offer different account types with varying spreads and commissions per asset pair. This makes sure the trader always gets the best deal from this broker when it comes to spreads and commissions.
Customer Service, Security & Support
Customer service at BigBitMarket is on point. They have got a 24-hour live chat option which I think is amazing. This really helped me whenever I had any issues with my account or platform because someone was always there for me to help me out. Whenever they are offline, you can expect them to reply fairly quickly. I really like this because it is important for me to be able to get in touch with them whenever I need them.
I also want to talk about security and support in this BigBitMarket review. They have done a great job when it comes to securing their platform because you will notice SSL 256-bit encryption everywhere. This is great but they can do more by adding up 2-factor authentication. I think this is important because it will help secure the trader’s account even more. Their support is great and they are always willing to help out their traders with any issues they may have. Some bitter experiences
I have heard a lot of wonderful things about the company and I have mentioned them in this BigBitMarket review and I really thought I was going to experience the same thing as well. But it wasn’t all roses; there were some minor issues that made me feel like they aren’t as great as I thought. The first thing that pops into mind is their trading platform. They use MetaTrader 4 which is great but it isn’t the most user-friendly platform out there. I think they can do more in this area by making it more modern and user-friendly. Another thing that bothered me was their customer service. I expected them to be available 24/7 like they advertise but they were only available for a few hours during the day. This was a bit of a letdown for me.
Apart from this, the lack of an app for mobile devices was also a letdown. This means that I wasn’t able to trade on the go which was a bit of a pain. I think they can do more in this area and make an app for both Android and iOS devices. This will help their traders experience more convenience when it comes to trading on the go.
The final thing I really wanted to mention in this BigBitMarket review is their withdrawal and deposit options. They only offer limited payment options for both withdrawals and deposits. I think they can do more in this area by adding up some other options like Skrill/Neteller and maybe even Bitcoin. This will give their traders more flexibility when it comes to depositing and withdrawing money from their accounts. This is why I think BigBitMarket can still improve in some areas.
I would like to share a personal experience. Once, while I was new, I made a deposit. I used my credit card and something went wrong. My account got frozen and I wasn’t able to trade or withdraw any funds. Soon after, their 24/7 customer service team got in touch with me and we tried for several hours to figure out how to solve the problem. After some time, we realized that it was a problem with my credit card company and not with BigBitMarket. They were very helpful throughout the entire ordeal and I really appreciate it.
Conclusion
Overall, I think that BigBitMarket is a great broker for those who are looking for an efficient and trustworthy platform.
