As of this writing, all the top ten cryptocurrencies are in the red, with Dogecoin posting the highest losses. The meme coin, which recorded daily gains of 36% earlier this week, is down 7% over the past 24 hours. Cardano is the second-biggest loser after shedding about 4.1% of its value. The rest of the coins have seen losses of between 0.9% and 2.9%.
Meanwhile, USDT’s market valuation has reached $80.12 billion, following inflows of $500 million in the past day. On the other hand, the USDC market cap has held steady at $32.56 billion while BUSD’s dropped to $7.21 billion.

BTC is currently priced at $27,967 after posting losses of 0.7% over the past 24 hours. It now controls 45.7% of the crypto market.
The largest cryptocurrency by market cap had hit a daily low of $27,741 on Thursday morning.
ETH lost 2.2% of its value to trade at $1,872 as of this writing. Its market dominance stands at 18.7%. The coin had initially dropped to $1,862, marking its daily low.
Top Five Gainers
Steem: This token grew 44.3% over the past day to become the biggest gainer. It now trades at $0.3 and has a market valuation of $133.89 million. The project’s ‘Steemit Engagement Challenge’ went live yesterday.
Ontology: ONT is up 25.6% to $0.31 over the last 24 hours. On Wednesday, Lunar Crush ranked Ontology among the top five tokens for social activity. It has a market cap of $272.23 million.
LUKSO: LYXe saw gains of 12.8% over the past 24 hours. It is priced at $9.67 as of this writing. The project’s Genesis Validator Deposit smart contract is expected to launch on Ethereum in the coming days. It has a market cap of $149.59 million.
Civic: CVC rose 10.5% to change hands for $0.12 at press time. The project recently launched its Civic Pass Tool, intended to control access to smart contracts. It has a market valuation of $123.34 million.
Klaytn: KLAY surged 4.6% over the last 24 hours to $0.24. The upward price movement could be due to the Governance Council member vote, which was opened today. It has a market capitalization of $752.56 million.

ICON: ICX fell 18.5% to become the top loser. The token is now trading at $0.35. However, despite today’s losses, ICX has seen 30-day gains of 71.5%. It has a market cap of $337.8 million.
FLEX: This token has dropped by 14.6% to $1.79. Social media platform Twitter suspended the official account of the project a few days ago. Its market cap is now $176.12 million.
Ox: ZRX plummeted 13.7% over the 24 hours. The token is trading at $0.29 as of this writing and has a market cap of $252.12 million.
Solar: SXP is now changing hands for $0.71 after declining by 12.4%. Its market cap stands at $396.24 million.
PlayDapp: PLA was yesterday’s top gainer but has fallen by 12.4% over the last 24 hours. It has a market cap of $127.34 million.
