Much Awaited Bitcoin Event, Bitcoin 2020, Postponed Due to Coronavirus Outbreak

Coronavirus outbreak has jeopardized the economic industry- especially the markets of China. China is the place where the products go all over the world, but COVID-19 disrupts the Chinese markets. The cryptocurrency and blockchain industry also affected by the outbreak as Blockchain 2020 Conference postponed to Q3.

Much awaited event of Bitcoin- Bitcoin 2020- was supposed to happen on March 27 and 28,2020. Bitcoin Magazine informed the crypto community that the event is delayed due to some reasons linked with Coronavirus.
Event organizers announce via Bitcoin Magazine’s post:
‘’Following the rapid escalation of COVID-19 in California and worldwide, Bitcoin 2020 has been postponed from March 27 and 28, 2020, to Q3 of 2020.’’
The postponement of the event, according to the statement, is because the team is in close contact with ‘’ health authorities, the Office of the Mayor of San Francisco and the State of California regarding this evolving situation.’’
Spread of virus at an alarming rate has caused the state of emergency in California by the State officials, trying to prevent the community from COVID-19. The announcement states, ‘’ Following this week’s State of Emergency declaration by Governor Newsom and yesterday’s announcement by Mayor Breed regarding community transmission in the city, our commitment to delivering the best experience and protecting the safety of our community necessitated this shift.’’
The team behind the event is not disturbed even after a delay of the conference, following the so many arrangements.’’ Having spent the last year preparing for Bitcoin 2020 along with an amazing group of speakers, panelists, sponsors and partners, we’re disappointed to ask you to wait a few more months. Tron’s event also Delayed
This is not the first event affected by the widespread outbreak. Recently, the Tron Foundation’s event was also postponed referring Coronavirus for the delaying of niTROn. Tron Foundation announced:
‘’We are very sorry to inform you that #niTROn2020 will be postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus epidemic in Wuhan, China. The safety and health of our community and the wider public is our top priority. The new date will be decided based on the ongoing situation.’’
