It’s been three months since the co-founder of MakerDAO Nikolai Mushegian passed away under a very mysterious circumstance. MakerDAO has been named the world’s most unbiased cryptocurrency. And ever since the untimely demise of Mushegian who was aged, 29, there has not been a trace of the official principles of the MakerDAO. The said principles contain a series of codes that made up part of the development of the MakerDAO.
Reports have it that Mushegian’s colleagues have finally found the missing MakerDAO principles, and they have had it published on the Rico platform. This material is seen as a manifesto, and it addresses different sections of the DeFi technology used in the development of the DeFi. This material will also work great in the MakerDAO environment, especially as it has to do with working with future clients.
It was revealed that the principal had a credo that depicts unbiased operation, honesty, and audibility. In an interview with one of the Ethereum developers, Brian McMichael, he affirmed the earlier revelation that the late Mushegian wrote down some sets of principles that acted like rules for the DeFi before his untimely demise.
The respondent also told journalists that the said principles were gotten from different cultural diversity featured in the last Rico project. He was recorded as saying that each of the projects must be prioritized when creating incentives in the system.
He further went ahead to explain incentives as a natural law guiding the DeFi section. He went ahead to declare that all the elements in the protocol that contradicts the operations of the incentive will be exploited, either immediately, or later on.
Some Instructions for the DeFi Team
According to some instructions from Mushegian’s principles, it directed the teams for the DeFi to concentrate on what is referred to as credible unbiasedness. It further explained that by doing so, they will be creating an honest, unbiased system that will outperform the activities of those competitors that compromise in their operations.
It also revealed that DeFis that are Ads Proper will greatly benefit from the integration of such a principle. It was also reported that this principle contains instructions from clients who are interested in enhancing the project that is currently in use. It also advised that the “synthetic assets” developed by any group would be a benchmark for an augmented Web3 protocol.
It stressed that cryptocurrency developers must be honest with every product they set out to develop. This instruction also extends to marketers promoting these products; it added that these marketers must resist the urge of using misleading methods to sell their digital products to the public. The principal also hinted at the protocol interaction with the system, which he advised must be defined when introducing it.
It was meant to understand that the late Mushegian’s principles touched virtually every aspect of the DeFi, but the ones released to the public were considered the most relevant. Another important area he pointed out is what he described as Democratised Playground.
Further Revelation
Here, the late young visionary businessman alerted developers to the fact that every sector of centralization can be hacked into, and that includes interfaces. He further advised that the best-decentralized system can allow the default mechanics of the protocol to protect itself from external attacks. The last (but not least) part of the principal was reported to have mentioned how the DeFi should be audited.
It says that one of the major criteria for knowing a well-designed DeFi is its suitability. Mushegian further mentioned that cybersecurity vendors should not be the only people that can audit this system, rather users must equally be allowed to do the same.
Recall, that Nikolai Mushegian died in his Puerto Rico apartment on the 28th of October 2022. Surprisingly, this was exactly three days after he made a tweet about the major international security agencies, namely the CIA and their Israeli counterpart Mossad. He was reported to have said that these organizations had him on their hit list.
