Scottish Beer Company to Accept Crypto Payments

A Scottish craft bear firm will start accepting cryptocurrency payments. Keep in mind that it is the first time that the company incorporates digital coins in its operations.

OGV Taproom, based in Aberdeen, will allow you to utilize crypto payment options like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and Bitcoin Cash. The firm decides to accept digital coins as it believes that they have a place in their financial system in the future.

OGV Taproom started during the lockdown with multiple craft beers dedicated to the energy industry. It launched to prevent employment losses during the pandemic at OGV Energy. The company created new employments in the region.

Kenny Dooley, a managing director, stated that they had discovered the popularity of craft ale across different energy hubs across the world. He also said that the ale ensured a sense of togetherness among individuals who drunk at the spot. They had to look for other ways to add fun and excitement to the energy community in the process.

The development and growth of OGV Energy had the staff members and directors argue about their offerings, to incorporate craft ale business.

Daniel Hyland, Operations Director, said that the lockdown prompted the organization to develop a sense of transparency, not only to the company but also to the community.

The director stated that crypto might have a place in the financial system in the future. That was after spending last year studying the adoption of blockchain technology in the energy sector. He further stated that Bitcoin is the best financial asset as far as performance is concerned. The director expects more blue-chip organizations to include Bitcoin in their dealings and retail investors to invest this asset.

Soon, ODV Taproom will have sixteen beers as we expect more after opening its first taproom in Aberdeen, bridge Place in June. The taproom will include different new ways to purchase drinks. That is where clients can use digital coins for payments.
