The well-known cloud-related fast communication service Telegram has introduced a new function that lets clients purchase and trade memorable account addresses in individual pages or groups. On November 11, the brand-new release was made public on the authorized Telegram page.
On the collectible and free trading platform Fragment, Telegram has started an auction for the top usernames. Telegram names are now able to be traded and protected as digital assets thanks to this new feature.
Possession of the collected names will be protected in TON, a quick and ascendable crypto-related system, according to the Pioneering Platform Announcement Memorandum.
Telegram earned billions of dollars from the sale of usernames. Thousands of names associated with popular international brands and celebrities went up for auction less than six hours after launch.
