The Twitter bot and tracking service, Whale Alert that tracks large crypto transactions from and to crypto exchanges, has reported another major transaction that occurred between unknown wallets and major crypto exchanges caused by Bitcoin and Tether whales. Whale Alert always keeps a close eye on crypto exchanges and whenever it notes a crypto exchange involved in a massive transaction it reports the news to the crypto community. According to its latest report, both Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether whales have moved a large amount of $264,000,000 in Crypto last day.
BTC whales transferred 14,919 BTC
According to the report of Whale Alert, Bitcoin (BTC) whales were responsible for transferring a large number of 14,919 BTC worth $143.06 million the previous day. There were around six major transfers that occurred between major crypto exchanges and unknown wallets. According to the report, top crypto exchanges such as OKEx, Bitfinex, Huobi crypto exchange, and the leading crypto exchange Binance were involved in this massive transaction. In this transaction, the major transfer was of 5000 BTC worth $48.6 million moved from the crypto exchange Bitfinex to an unknown wallet.

Out of six large Bitcoin transfers, three transfers of 2,000 BTC, 2,500 BTC, and 1,499 BTC were made from unknown wallets to crypto exchanges Binance, OKEx, and Huobi respectively. While on the other hand, two transfers of 2,864 BTC and 5000 BTC were made from crypto exchanges to unknown wallets. One transfer of 1,056 BTC worth $10.2 million was made from Bitfinex to Bitfinex exchange.
Tether whales transferred 121,104,000 USDT
The Twitter watchdog Whale Alert also noted the activity of Tether whales as well the previous day. According to the report from Whale alert, Tether whales moved a large amount of 121,104,000 USDT worth $121.3 million in two consecutive transfers.
Interestingly, both of these transfers were made from unknown wallets to the major crypto exchange Binance. These two transfers were of 58,000,000 USDT and 63,104,000 USDT respectively.
