加密貨幣託管公司First Digital Trust已從總部位於香港的金融託管商Legacy Trust獨立出來，獲得了300萬美元的資金。根據Tech在亞洲的一份報告（2020年3月9日），台灣投資公司Telegram的投資者Nogle Capital為First Digital Trust的籌款活動做出了貢獻。First Digital Trust的管理層表示，它打算利用籌集的資金在今年5月建立其“快速結算和清算網絡”。該公司的新結算網絡於2月推出。開發它是為了從根本上改善“數字資產的擁有，交易和投資方式”。該網絡將支持法定和分散式加密貨幣，併計劃在將來添加令牌化證券。
當Nogle繼續致力於其平台的持續開發時，它將協助First Digital Trust。
First Digital Trust的首席運營官Gunnar Jaerv表示：
