A Twitter user, @SHiLLin_ViLLian, shared news of an NFT transaction on Cardano that cost 180,000 ADA. It is approximately $64,300 as of today.
The NFT “Ford Edwards” is held by The Ape Society Collection. It was just launched recently by some anonymous developers, Congo, Matasa, and Cardman.
The supposed husband of the NFT holder shared a video of the selling process. It also included his reaction at the time a bug obstructed the verification of the sale. When the problem was discovered, a rep from the jpg.store assured them that engineers will fix it.
He tweeted that it was him selling his wife’s NFT, King Ford Edwards. It went for 180,000 ADA. He also said The Ape Society is the best NFT project available on Cardano.
He also asked his followers to watch till the end to see his reaction when he thought the offer was wrong. He confirmed that he was nervous.
The Ape Society was inspired by the Bored Ape Yacht Club. It also plans to build a community through holders’ access to exclusive benefits, and lots more. They will also have access to a Decentralized Autonomous Organization run by the community.
The Ape Society has 7,000 exclusive NFTs that are generated on the blockchain. Users can claim their ape when they mint or buy NFTs via secondary marketplaces. They can, therefore stake their place in the exclusive community.
Cardano Might Be the Future
Each NFT is gotten from traits generated by design. There are 13 trait classes and they include Weapon, Hat, Class, and Ears among others.
The Class is woven into the background story of the collection. It gives details of a fictional story set in a world of barbaric, unrefined apes. In that world, an ape wanted the cooperation and unity of all apes.
His following is then split into classes that are necessary for a society to prosper and survive. The classes are royal advisors, nobles, merchants, military officers, craftsmen, artists, and explorers.
The Ape Society is up for purchase on jpg.store. According to the website information, the floor price is presently 8,250 ADA. Approximately $2,600.
