Binance Begins Shipping Visa Card To Its European Users
Binance users in the EEA will have so much to smile for after the recent announcement by the renowned crypto exchange. According to the recent statement by the crypto exchange, it will begin to ship out Visa cards to its already registered members in the EEA region. With this latest development, Binance users in the European region will have access to all the functions and features that the Binance Visa card has to offer. Binance also mentioned that its users who facilitate their payments using Ethereum will now be allowed to carry out their operations seamlessly using the card.
Binance makes an update to its application
In the announcement, Binance emphasized that the card that will be distributed is not for all its users across the European region as members who have previously registered for the service will be eligible to receive the cards. To make sure the card gets to them at their respective destination, the registered users are expected to finalize their delivery details which can be done in their Binance application. Coming alongside the announcement, Binance has assured Ethereum users that the card was also developed with them in mind as they would be able to carry out transactions using the card.
With this, European users will have the luxury of using the Binance card for their Ether see dealings. To enjoy this service, Binance said that its users in Europe will first need to move their Ethereum to the Binance wallet and earmarked it as their most preferred digital asset before they will be allowed to use it.
Binance also allowed that members in the European region will be allowed a daily transaction up to $10,600, which means that they can carry out a transaction of nothing more than 8,700 daily using the card. Also, the limit that has been slammed on ATM withdrawals across the country by the crypto exchange is $350 which is about 290 euros.
Binance eyes launching Visa card in other regions of the world
One interesting fact is that users will be allowed to carry out free transactions on the Binance Visa card starting from now to the beginning of 2021. Also, users who will begin to use the card henceforth would enjoy 8% cashback any time they make a transaction using the card. The recent delivery of the card is coming off the back of the recent news that Binance made stating that it was interested in launching the card in the European region.
After the launch of the virtual card which received massive positive feedbacks, the crypto exchange then went ahead to start issuing physical cards. According to the news, the physical cards are being shipped across to users who registered at this moment.
Binance also mentioned that an upgrade has been made to the dashboard setting in the app as users who wish to view their BNB balance can do so now. Furthermore, Binance said it has updated the daily withdrawals and spending on the app. With the success of this launch, Binance is expected to begin launching cards like this in other regions of the world.
