Judge Bruce Reinhart has ordered Craig Wright (a self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto) to give up 50% of his Bitcoin holdings as he loses a lawsuit in the court. As well as the self-proclaimed Satoshi will have to hand over 50% of his intellectual property that he owned before the date December 31, 2013.

Recently a bitcoin lawsuit was filed against Craig Wright by the Ira Kleiman accusing him of holding the bitcoin property of his brother Dave Kleiman an entrepreneur and partner with Craig Wright in the creation of Bitcoin. A vast sum of money that was involved in the misappropriation of Bitcoins is worth $10 billion.

It was said by the judge on the Monday trial that wright can not oppose the order nor can he try a jury trial.

No opinion was raised on the claim of wright about Satoshi by the judge in the court. But the case is not completed yet. Some issues regarding the collection are yet to decide.

Wright said on the Monday interview with Modern Consensus that he will have to give up $5 billion in Bitcoin as the court has left no choice for him.

The judge won’t rule on whether I’m Satoshi. But the partnership is. So when Dave Kleiman passed, the partnership transferred to Ira. BSV, it won’t [be affected]. But the judge ordered me to send just under 500,000 BTC over to Ira. Let’s see what it does to the market. I wouldn’t have tanked the market. I’m nice… They might have to convince Ira not to dump it. I can’t convince him not to dump it. Ira has to do what Ira has to do. And it wouldn’t have been me. And I don’t need it. He does.

Craig says that Ira Kleiman will have to pay Florida’s 40% taxes on inheritances that worth over $11.8 million for this sake he will have to give up $2 billion of BTC for sale.

As he says in the interview

[Ira] doesn’t actually need it but he wants it. Everyone might want to start praying, because I complied with courts and that might get scary really, really quickly. The courts ruled that Ira inherited the $5 billion. Now he has to pay estate tax on that if he wants it…

Satoshi also pointed out the fact that he could not get access to the addresses of Bitcoin as the information related to the BTC addresses was held by Dave Kleiman who died in 2013.
