Cryptocurrency trading is an emerging industry among investors and traders. People are making profits by getting involved in blockchain daily. But this field still has women as a minority. Women are steadily launching careers in trading cryptocurrencies, but the latest data still shows men as a majority in this area. A media company held a discussion panel with some of the renowned women in this field of cryptocurrency. This discussion aimed to focus on the key points of how the majority of women can be encouraged to enter the crypto market.

The managing editor of the media company began the discussion by asking how women can be attracted to investing and trading in cryptocurrencies. Olivia Capozzalo, head of content at OKEx, claimed that most of the customer profiles in the cryptocurrency exchanges are males. She stressed that women take crucial financial decisions in most families. In the United States, the families in which women are managing wealth is around 80%. Blockchain advisor Pylarinou said that the reason behind the scarcity of working women in the crypto market is related to participation.
