Samsung is going to release its new version of Galaxy Note 10 which will already have a cryptocurrency wallet and free coins embedded in it.
Note 10 will be known as Klaytnphone
According to the report of the Wall Street Journal, this new variant of the Samsung electronics will be known as a “Klaytnphone” as the company teams up with the Klaytn DLT platform.
WSJ reports that the South Korean electronics company has joined with the Kakao developed Klaytn public DLT platform and the KLAY tokens will be embedded in it.
Crypto-Friendly Version
It is regarded as crypto-friendly version of Samsung electronics. The pre-installed crypto wallet in the smartphone will boost it up to easily adopt the blockchain technology.
The new smartphone known by the name of the blockchain network partner will be different from the other smartphones. This crypto-friendly variant of Samsung electronics will easily get access to the technology of the blockchain network.
The report says that many of the dApps will already be available in this Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and several KLAY tokens are planted in the crypto vault of the smartphone.
The other features of this new phone will be the same as they are in other smartphones except for its connection with the cryptocurrency and blockchain network.
The Wall Street Journal writes that the company will start selling these new DLT phones from 5th Sep and it is confirmed by the report that the sale of the new crypto supporting smartphones would only be available in South Korea.
KLAY tokens are supposed to be available for trading purposes on the Upbit’s trading platform in Singapore and Indonesia, in the last week of this month.
The crypto wallet of the Klaytnphone would also be supporting Bitcoin and thirty other tokens like USD Coin (USDC), Maker (MKR), TrueUSD (TUSD) and BNB.
