As a part of this partnership with Agoda, Travala.com has announced to add over 600,000 hotels on its cryptocurrency travel platform. Through Travala.com’s online platform, these hotels can be accessed worldwide by users.
Boosting traveling with Cryptocurrency
The strategic partnership between Travala.com and Agoda will allow both of these firms to boost up traveling by using digital currencies. By making a partnership with Agoda and adding a large list of hotels on its platform, Travala.com has expanded its cryptocurrency offerings.
With this new addition of hotels, Travala’s total number of properties has crossed above the 2,200,000 figure and this online traveling platform is now covering 90,124 from across the whole world. Juan Otero, the CEO of Travala.com, said that they can now regard their platform as the largest traveling platform in the world in terms of having more accommodation options at the moment. Otero said:
“This strategic partnership with Agoda puts Travala.com in a league of its own. We can safely say we are the world’s largest blockchain-based online travel agency by number of accommodation options available with over 2,200,000 options to book covering 90,124 destinations.”
Travala.com’s travel platform is based on blockchain technology and it is backed by the leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance. The online booking platform allows travelers from around the whole world to use over thirty different digital currencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), as well as its native digital coin AVA for booking trips.
