Lotte Home Shopping, which surpassed $14 billion in revenue in 2020, has launched Lucy, a virtual model that will assist in the promotion of the brand’s merchandise. Owing to Lucy’s own Instagram account, Lotte intends to employ the avatar in future streaming video content and on social media platforms.
It is also quite probable that Lotte will include Lucy in its virtual shop that is located in the Metaverse.
