YouTube banned the Channel of Popular Crypto Analyst and Trader Tone Vays: Need for Decentralized Platform
The largest video content sharing platform YouTube again start removing the crypto videos and banning the channels related to cryptocurrency. This time, they have banned the channel of the famous crypto analyst running one of the largest crypto YouTube Channel.
Today, the famous crypto trader and analyst Tone Vays appeared on Twitter and shared how he was banned by the YouTube for just uploading a video. Tone Vays is popular in the crypto community for giving productive analysis and predictions about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
YouTube Removed Video by Labeling it ‘’Harmful and Dangerous’’
He explained that he uploaded a video this morning, but then, warned by the YouTube team. They also removed the video by saying it ‘’ harmful and dangerous.’’
BANNED by @Youtube 😢. This Morning's Video was removed for being "Harmful & Dangerous Content". Hope @TeamYouTube can take a look as this has happened to me in the past & these videos were found to be compliant :(. Almost 100K subs. @ytcreators https://t.co/qRBQGzfO7e pic.twitter.com/xbZngkoyBx

After tweeting about this incident, he again took to Twitter and informed that his entire channel is taken down by the content video sharing platform.
He said:
‘’So that escalated quickly → from a single video warning to the ENTIRE CHANNEL being taken down by YouTube. If TeamYouTube can’t resolve this, might be a career change in the near future. Will just trade during the day & have a nutrition channel at night.’’
And the most serious thing about this is that they closed the channel shortly after removing the video from it. Vays said his channel ‘’ got taken down an hour after the initial warning and 30 minutes after my appeal.’’
Crypto Purge Continuous
He is not only victim in the crypto world as many other famous crypto content makers also got affected by YouTube’s action against cryptocurrency. The crypto content creators include The Moon, Ivan on Tech, Chris Dunn TV, Crypto Zombie, and Nugget’s news.
For the crypto community, this is a very bad news as the case is getting more worse. The content makers contacted the YouTube team but got no satisfactory response from them.
Since the start of this crypto purge, the crypto maximalists are thinking about creating a decentralized content sharing platform for crypto and blockchain so that no one can remove the content.
